Maintenance Level 3 operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week including Bank and Public Holidays.

BT Openreach will respond within 4 hours of receipt of a fault report. If the fault is not cleared during this period BT will advise the Nominated Contact of the progress being made to clear the fault.

Care Level 4
£ 4.75 per month
This is a premium repair service offering a capability with a commitment from BT Openreach to clear a fault within 6 hours. This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Fault Reporting

If a fault is reported on a line it may be necessary to arrange an engineering appointment for a BT/Openreach engineer to visit the customer site to check and fix problems. You will be asked to complete a disclaimer form agreeing to any charges passed on from the supplier and/or BT/Openreach, at a minimum charge of £130 + VAT (this excludes any fee for wiring/equipment that might be required in order to fix the problem, or any extended appointment/weekend appointment charges).

Total Web Solutions will inform the end user of the appointment slot in advance. If an engineering appointment is made and the engineer is unable to access the end user on arrival then an abortive visit charge (£130 + VAT) may be made.
