VOIP-Plus Call Pricing

When you order a VOIP-Plus or SIP-Plus service through Total Web Solutions, then along with these packages are very competitive tarrifs. The tariffs are cheaper than any previous call packages we supplied through the Lines & calls service we have offered in the past. This is mainly because local and national call charges have been harmonized and simplified but also because charges now include an outbound and inbound call charging model.

A monthly VAT invoice will also be provided and can be emailed to customers if required. Below is a tariff summary of national calls. International calls are on a separate tarriff and can be provided by sales upon request:

  • The PPM pricing model is charge for inbound and outbound calls.
  • International calls are charge according to our VOIP-Plus International Call Charges Tarrifs which are available on request.
  • Disabled, blind and hearing impaired calls charges for specific services such as Directory Enquiries are charged according to the VOIP-Plus Assistance Call Charges Tarrifs.
  • Premium numbers are charged according to the advertised pricing when used.
