First Data Authorisations - 22nd January 2018 Some FirstData merchants have been experiencing authorisation issues over the weekend.
There has been a problem connecting to their acquirer gateway which we are investigating. We have switched the authorisations service onto a backup acquirer network until FirstData are able to get their network operational again.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Essential EcomMerchant Maintenance 23rd February 2018 - 2.30pm. We have been working with FirstData to remedy the problem with regards to authorisations. FirstData have now fixed the problem and we will be attempting to re-connect to the primary network at 2.30pm 23/1/2018. First Data customers experiencing any problems please contact technical support in the first instance.
