EcomMerchant Issues Thursday 15:40
The EcomMerchant service is experiencing problems with all aspects of this service. We are undergoing PEN tests by an external third party and this appears to have affected system availability. This is a requirement for PCI DSS Accreditation and we are speaking with the testers now to remedy the situation.
EcomMerchant Update Thursday 16:10
The problem has now been resolved. Pen Testers have concluded their testing for now to preserve system stability. We shall keep an eye on their activity today to ensure any further issues are resolved immediately.
